This following represent just a few examples of human motion in sports. There is an incredible variety of different types of motion - studying these sports is a great way to begin your studies in kinesiology.

Bobsleigh Take-off

Triple Jump

Pole Vault

The motion involved in the pole vault is complicated with many different parts. If you have trouble understanding it, consider breaking the motion into parts. For example, you could start first with the approach, then work on the up-and-down motion as a separate part.
