Airbag Deployment Video

This is excellent test-footage of how a high-speed accident can almost completely destroy a car, but clearly illustrates the life-saving potential of airbag technology.

In this case, the vehicle is an Infiniti M35, and if you watch carefully you will also see the deployment of side airbags. Also notice that while the front of the car is pretty much completely destroyed, the cabin containing the passengers is still intact.
